The Grounded is a reader-funded journalism and commentary project built on one simple principle: truth should cost the writer, not the reader.
No clickbait. No ads. No hidden agenda. Every article is open to public challenge, and if someone finds a factual error, I pay them $100.

We cover stories that corporate media won’t touch or can’t tell honestly, from healthcare monopolies to political hypocrisy to the quiet corruption shaping everyday life. The goal isn’t outrage, it’s understanding. The tone is grounded, not partisan.

At its core, The Grounded is about accountability, connection, and real conversation. It’s news written by someone who’s been on both sides of the struggle, and still believes truth can be rebuilt from the ground up.
